Terms and Conditions — 777fa User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 777fa platform, including the website at 777fa.app and the 777fa Android application. The platform is operated for entertainment purposes and is made available to eligible users as described in Section 2 below.

By accessing or using the 777fa platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms should be read alongside the 777fa Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 777fa.

• Accounts registered with temporary email addresses or disposable phone numbers may be subject to additional verification.
• 777fa reserves the right to refuse registration at its discretion without being required to give a reason.
• Account details, including email address and phone number, can only be updated by contacting 777fa support directly.

All deposits on the 777fa platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via the following methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfers (processing times may vary)
• Debit/Credit Cards — supported cards as displayed at the time of deposit

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. In cases where the original method cannot be used, 777fa support will work with the player to arrange an alternative.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified, including identity and payment method confirmation.

General betting rules that apply across all sports and markets include:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player unless a Cash Out option is explicitly offered and used before the event concludes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by event, competition and market type.
• In the event of a void bet — due to match abandonment, postponement beyond the stated settlement period or other qualifying reasons — the stake is returned to the player's account.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay before confirmation to allow for accurate odds updates. Bets placed during this window are held pending confirmation and may be declined if odds have moved significantly.

777fa covers cricket markets including the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Test matches and ICC tournaments. Football markets cover major leagues and competitions. Esports markets cover CS2, Dota 2, Valorant and other major titles. Market availability may vary depending on the time of day and event schedule.

777fa does not accept bets from players who have inside information about an event. Any bet placed using privileged information that is not publicly available may be voided and the account referred for investigation.

All bonuses and promotional offers available on the 777fa platform are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. These Terms set out the general framework that applies to all offers unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new players on their first deposit. The offer, bonus amount and wagering requirements are as published on the Promotions page at the time of registration.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance. The applicable games and bet types that count towards wagering are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonuses not used or wagering not completed within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.

777fa reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been claimed and are in active use at the time of the change.

The 777fa casino section includes live dealer games and slots. All casino games are provided by third-party game suppliers whose software is subject to their own testing and certification standards. 777fa does not control the underlying game logic but operates the platform through which games are offered.

• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical faults for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or manipulate markets.
• Providing false identity information or documentation during the verification process.
• Using payment methods registered to a third party to fund your account.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.

Before closing, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method subject to the standard withdrawal conditions being met.

777fa reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false registration information.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity.
• Account inactivity beyond the period stated in the platform's inactivity policy.
• At 777fa's discretion where continued account operation is considered contrary to the platform's integrity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings or funds linked to fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Real-money deposits made from verified personal accounts will be returned subject to the outcome of any investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777fa shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Losses resulting from events outside 777fa's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures or third-party payment system delays.

Continued use of the 777fa platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account and any outstanding balance.
